This is not an influencer campaign role — it is a program leadership role focused on designing scalable systems, building and leading a high-volume creator roster, and turning UGC into a repeatable, high-performing content engine across our brand portfolio.  You will sit at the intersection of social, influencer, and creator commerce — setting the direction and operational standards for a program that runs and evolves at global scale.  This role launches without direct reports but is scoped at the manager level — team growth is anticipated as the program matures.  What you’ll own  <ul> <li data-leveltext="–" data-font="" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":480,"335559991":240,"469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"–","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Creator roster and pipeline: Own the strategy and growth of our mid-tier and micro creator portfolio across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
