If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.</div>About the Role:   The Social Content Creator will play a pivotal role in the creative concepting and pre-production phases, as well as in the execution and post-production of content for Shark and Ninja product suites in Italy. This role requires a dynamic individual who can partner with internal and external creative teams to transform briefs and concepts into production-ready presentations, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with SharkNinja’s creative DNA and social-first mindset — and who is equally comfortable in front of the camera as behind it.  What You'll Do:  <ul> <li>Assist with Creative Concepting and Pre-Production: </li> <li>Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to turn briefs and concepts into fully executable, productionready presentations. </li> <li>Help conceptualize and bring ideas to life across Shark and Ninja product suites by preparing storyboards, shot lists, and other pre-production planning documents alongside the internal studio team. </li> <li>Ensure creative boundaries are pushed and a social-first mindset is applied across all concepts, while implementing SharkNinja's creative DNA and quality standards. </li> <li>Content Creation and Execution: </li> <li>Film and execute concepts at Shark and Ninja shoots, ensuring high-quality content aligned with pre-production planning and materials. </li> <li>Appear on camera as a confident, natural presence — presenting products, leading tutorials, and bringing the Shark and Ninja brands to life for Italian-speaking audiences across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. </li> <li>Edit concepts captured at shoots, depending on bandwidth and number of active shoots. </li> <li>Liaise with freelance editors during multiple projects, ensuring clear direction, organized file delivery, and precise directives for action edits according to post-production timelines. </li> <li>Support the Sr. Director of Social Content Studio throughout the post-production process to ensure feedback is actioned on all deliverables and learnings are documented for future improvement. </li> <li>lead on uploading and scheduling organic content across handles  </li> <li>Manager reporting on organic content performance </li> </ul> What You'll Bring:  <ul> <li>2+ years of social media content creation experience at a creative agency, brand, or similar. Product-focused experience is a plus. </li> <li>Ability to produce and edit compelling short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube, maintaining consistent quality and creative excellence. </li> <li>Confidence and ease on camera — you are comfortable presenting, demonstrating, and performing to camera in a way that feels natural and engaging, not scripted. </li> <li>Native Italian speaker with strong English — able to write and deliver content naturally in both languages, with an instinct for tone and humour that resonates with Italian audiences. </li> <li>Strong eye for content creation, social media trends, and social-first editing practices. </li> <li>Strong understanding of creative development processes. </li> <li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills. </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative quality and meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency with project management tools, file-sharing platforms, Microsoft Business Suite, and deck-building platforms such as Keynote. </li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborative mindset, and problem-solving mentality</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div> Our Culture At SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.  Our Outrageously Extraordinary mindset drives us to tackle the impossible, push boundaries, and deliver results that others only dream of.
