<p>The role is based in<strong> Tokyo</strong>, reporting to our General Manager of APJ.</p>
<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and drive Nebius’ Japan market strategy, including GTM planning, segmentation, and execution</li>
<li>Build, lead, and scale the Japan organization, across sales, partnerships, marketing, and solutions engineering</li>
<li>Carry full operational responsibility for the region, including revenue growth, forecasting, and operating cadence</li>
<li>Develop enterprise and strategic accounts, personally engaging with senior stakeholders at key customers</li>
<li>Establish and expand partnerships, including cloud ecosystems, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and local partners</li>
<li>Localize global strategy for Japan, ensuring strong alignment while adapting to market-specific needs</li>
<li>Represent Nebius externally, building brand presence with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders</li>
<li>Provide market feedback to global teams, influencing product, pricing, and positioning</li>

<p><strong>We expect you to have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>15+ years of progressive GTM leadership experience, with at least 7 years in senior executive roles (VP or above) in Japan</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Country Manager, Managing Director, RVP, or equivalent in a leading technology company</li>
<li>Strong track record of owning and growing P&L in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud businesses in Japan</li>
<li>Deep expertise in enterprise sales, with consistent overachievement against revenue targets and other relevent KPIs</li>
<li>Experience working with cloud providers and AI/ML platforms is highly preferred</li>
<li>Strong network across enterprise customers, GSIs, and the partner ecosystem in Japan</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams in a fast-growing environment</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with global headquarters while operating with local autonomy</li>
<li>Native-level Japanese and business-level English (or higher)</li>
