<p>While autonomous machines offer significant advantages, they also introduce new safety challenges. FORT addresses these concerns by providing solutions such as the Wireless E-Stop, which allows operators to instantly stop any machine from a safe distance, enhancing safety during emergencies.</p>
<p>Additionally, FORT's Safe Remote Control enables operators to manage heavy machinery remotely, reducing the risk of accidents and improving visibility.</p>
<p>By ensuring communications integrity across any network, FORT empowers customers to protect their most valuable assets—people, data, and machines—ensuring they remain safe and secure.</p>

<p></p></div><p>The GTM Engineer is responsible for using AI, data, and GTM process knowledge to modernize FORT’s go-to-market operations. This role is critical for building the operational foundation upon which FORT can scale. As a force multiplier across the entire revenue organization, the GTM Engineer will have high visibility and direct impact on FORT’s growth trajectory.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leverage AI solutions such as Claude to analyze, augment, and develop GTM processes that drive efficiency and revenue growth</li>
<li>Own and manage FORT’s Salesforce.com environment as the GTM system of record, ensuring data integrity and process alignment</li>
<li>Track and report on core GTM KPIs, including revenue, conversion rates, sales velocity, and pipeline coverage across multiple business segments</li>
<li>Maintain a holistic ICP target account list and develop structured approaches to measure and improve account penetration</li>
<li>Design and deploy AI agents to automate GTM processes, reducing manual workload and increasing speed across the revenue team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4–7 years of experience in a revenue operations function within a B2B environment</li>
<li>Active Salesforce.com Administrator certification</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency with modern GTM systems, including Gong, Clay, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot</li>
<li>1+ year of experience integrating AI systems such as Claude with GTM business tools</li>
<li>1+ year of experience deploying AI agents to automate GTM workflows and processes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven track record of building apps or dashboards powered by AI systems such as Claude</li>
<li>Experience in sales enablement and LMS solutions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>
<p>The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, based on qualifications, experience, and the level at which the candidate is hired. Total compensation may also include additional incentives and benefits. </p>
