ON’s patented AI UPS™ is a medium-voltage UPS that serves as a firewall, protecting the data center from the grid, and the grid from the data center.&nbsp;With multiple gigawatts currently under construction, we are enabling grid-safe data centers.&nbsp;</p></div><h3>Role Summary</h3> <p>The Enterprise Application Support Specialist - Assets &amp; Purchasing is the primary support resource and subject matter expert for the applications that run asset management, purchasing, and construction operations - with Procore as the anchor platform. The role combines application support, configuration, business analysis, and integration troubleshooting to keep these systems reliable, well-adopted, and aligned with business operations.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <p><strong>Application Administration &amp; Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary support resource for Procore and supporting asset management, purchasing, and field applications.</li> <li>Administer configuration, permissions, workflows, templates, forms, directories, and project or asset settings across supported applications.</li> <li>Troubleshoot user, data, and workflow issues, escalating to vendors or internal technical teams as needed.</li> <li>Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures for supported applications and processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business Analysis &amp; Process Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document current- and future-state processes, and improve adoption of Procore and related systems.</li> <li>Translate business needs into functional requirements, configuration decisions, user stories, and test scenarios.</li> <li>Align processes across Construction Operations, Asset Management, Procurement, Finance, Project Controls, and IT.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Integrations, Data &amp; Technical Enablement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support integrations between Procore, asset management, purchasing, and enterprise systems such as ERP, document management, reporting, and identity platforms.</li> <li>Assist with API, middleware, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting alongside technical teams or consultants.</li> <li>Validate data quality and system behavior after configuration changes, releases, or integration updates.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Training, Adoption &amp; Governance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Train end users and power users on application functionality, process expectations, and best practices.</li> <li>Promote consistent standards, governance, naming conventions, and permissions across supported applications.</li> <li>Track support trends and recurring issues to prioritize roadmap and operational improvements.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Key Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years supporting enterprise business applications in asset management, procurement, construction technology, or ERP-adjacent environments.</li> <li>Hands-on Procore administration and configuration experience (permissions, workflows, templates, forms), plus exposure to asset management or purchasing systems.</li> <li>Business analysis experience: requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution design.</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot functional application issues as well as integration, data, and workflow problems.</li> <li>Working knowledge of application governance, change management, and user support practices.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills across field, operations, finance, procurement, IT, vendor, and leadership audiences.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>Asset management or EAM/CMMS platforms, purchasing and procure-to-pay workflows, project controls, or project accounting.</li> <li>APIs, iPaaS or middleware platforms, SSO, data mapping, or reporting.</li> <li>Working with vendors, consultants, or implementation partners.</li> <li>Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <p><strong>For US-based roles - What you’ll get:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary + annual performance-based bonus eligibility</li> <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>401(k) with company match</li> <li>Paid time off and company holidays&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>For Mexico-based roles - What you’ll get:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary + annual performance bonus eligibility</li> <li>Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo): 30 days</li> <li>Major medical expenses and life insurance</li> <li>Paid time off and holidays (per local policy)</li> </ul> <p><strong>For all roles:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Professional development and growth opportunities</li> <li>Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven team shaping the future of clean energy</li> <li>Equal Opportunity: ON.energy is committed to equal employment opportunity and to maintaining a work environment free of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation.</li> <li>Benefits vary by role and location and are subject to change.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-start="453" data-end="471">Agency Notice:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>ON.energy does not accept unsolicited resumes from staffing agencies, search firms, or third-party recruiters.
