We want individuals who can navigate the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring that our teams deliver high-quality results that drive real business value. We’re looking for leaders who can inspire teams and demonstrate the incredible impact that effective project management can achieve.    What You Could Be Doing:   While every project we work on is different, below is a high-level overview of some of the responsibilities/hats you may wear while in our Transform practice:   <ul> <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders from sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to document project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.  </li> <li>Work cross-functionally with IT and digital teams to identify and implement efficient solutions that meet project goals.  </li> <li>Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through thorough planning, risk management, and adherence to best practices.  </li> <li>Develop and track KPIs and metrics that add business value, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.  </li> <li>Simplify complex project details into a compelling narrative that can be effectively communicated to stakeholders, including high-level executives and leaders.  </li> <li>Support business development initiatives by identifying client needs, contributing to proposals, and participating in sales presentations to drive new opportunities. </li> </ul> What You Bring to the Table:   When you join our team, you’re a consultant first. This means there are core skills we expect out of each of our team members. These include:   <ul> <li>Minimum of a 4-year degree </li> <li>Ideally 8+ years in Consulting, Project Management, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field </li> <li>Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (typically 2-3 days in office)</li> <li>Ability to understand and assess our client’s business challenges including underlying gaps and areas of opportunity.  </li> <li>Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering growth and professional development. </li> <li>Proficient in listening to understand the root of our client’s problems in order to propose actionable solutions  </li> <li>Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients clearly and effectively, often through presentations and reports  </li> <li>Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders  </li> <li>Facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions with clients to ensure alignment and address any concerns.  </li> <li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives to drive consulting opportunities.  </li> </ul> In addition, each one of our consultants brings a unique and valuable toolbox of skills with them specific to their practice. Below are some examples of skills we are always looking to add to the team (don’t worry – we don’t expect you to have all of them but any of these are a plus!):   <ul> <li>Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.  </li> <li>Experience in developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.  </li> <li>Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.  </li> <li>Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.  </li> <li>Strong understanding of stakeholder management and communication strategies.  </li> <li>Working knowledge of project documentation, reporting, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Confluence, and Excel.  </li> <li>Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and familiarity with collaboration tools and platforms like Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.  </li> <li>Ability to deliver high quality materials including project/product plans, release/launch plans, progress trackers, risk/issue logs, dashboards, meeting materials/minutes, UAT results, internal/external communication, executive report outs, etc.  </li> </ul> Benefits and Other Fun Stuff:   We ask our consultants to be superstars, so we treat them like it. Being hired at or near the top of the range for this role is uncommon, as compensation determinations rely on individual circumstances.
