<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Senior Accountant in our Accounting Advisory practice, you’ll serve as a contributor on high-impact, strategic client engagements. We’re looking for a results-driven accounting professional with strong technical chops and a consulting mindset—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes full ownership, and delivers financial excellence with confidence.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> Torq is a platform for growth and leadership. <ul>
<li>Play a critical role in monthly financial reporting and variance analysis</li>
<li>Respond to ad hoc financial and operational requests with insight and clarity</li>
<li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and other key projects tied to finance systems and reporting</li>
<li>Stay sharp on U.S. GAAP and evolving accounting standards</li>
<li>Go beyond the books<span data-contrast="auto">—</span>leverage our consulting framework to provide strategic value that sets you apart</li>
</ul>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What You Bring to the Table:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">3–5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or tax</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of </span><span data-contrast="auto">U.S. GAAP</span><span data-contrast="auto"> and financial reporting standards</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent communicator—</span><span data-contrast="auto">clear, confident, and client-ready</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven ability to </span><span data-contrast="auto">analyze data, solve problems</span><span data-contrast="auto">, and present findings to leadership</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Comfortable taking the lead on meetings, deliverables, and stakeholder management</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Advanced proficiency in </span><span data-contrast="auto">Excel</span><span data-contrast="auto"> (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, etc.)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledge of </span><span data-contrast="auto">SEC reporting</span><span data-contrast="auto"> or work in publicly traded companies</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-ccp-props="{}">Understanding of current AI tools & experience applying them in your current work</span></li>

Being hired at or near the top of the range for this role is uncommon, as compensation determinations rely on individual circumstances.
