This role is best suited for an attorney with strong experience negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements, particularly in the technology, AI, and digital infrastructure sectors.</p> <p class="wordsection1">The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, business-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple parallel projects.
