This is a full-time opportunity focused on designing, building and scaling data solutions that enable better decision-making across the company. Our Analytics Engineer team operates at scale, supporting multiple business domains with reliable, high-quality and well-governed data products. Ingestion:</strong> designing, building and maintaining robust data pipelines, sometimes from scratch, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Data Platform Engineering:</strong> contributing to the design, documentation, maintenance, monitoring and optimization of our data codebase and tools.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">ETL/ELT Optimization:</strong> identifying opportunities to improve scalability, performance and reliability across our ETL/ELT platforms.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Business Translation:</strong> translating business needs into data products and solutions aligned with Nubank’s data platform tools, architecture and long-term strategy.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Stakeholder Partnership:</strong> negotiating and defining data strategies with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions, always aligned with Nubank’s data governance principles.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Mentorship &amp;
