We build for enterprise scale from day one.</p> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>This is a foundational hire.</p> <p>As Unframe’s first Technical Writer, you will define how documentation works across the company. You will build the structure, standards, and AI-powered workflows that allow dozens of evolving enterprise AI solutions to scale clearly and consistently.</p> <p>This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution. You will design and own a documentation engine while producing high-quality, client-facing materials that directly impact customer adoption, implementation speed, and our ability to scale across industries and use cases.&nbsp;All documentation and client-facing materials are produced in English.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and implement Unframe’s documentation strategy, architecture, and governance.</li> <li>Build scalable documentation frameworks to support multiple evolving AI solutions and product variations.</li> <li>Establish and drive cross-functional documentation processes across Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Customer teams.</li> <li>Create clear, accurate, and enterprise-ready client-facing materials including solution overviews, technical documentation, integration guides, implementation playbooks, and release notes.</li> <li>Write and maintain product microcopy and in-platform guidance where needed to improve clarity and usability.</li> <li>Translate complex AI systems, APIs, and integrations into structured, accessible content.Design and implement AI-assisted documentation workflows to improve speed, consistency, and maintainability.</li> <li>Create visual documentation assets including diagrams, architecture flows, and annotated screenshots.Ensure documentation remains accurate, versioned, and aligned with ongoing product releases.</li> <li>Manage multiple parallel documentation initiatives in a fast-moving environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Native English speakers or native-level written and verbal fluency in English is required.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in technical writing, developer documentation, or solutions documentation within SaaS or enterprise environments.</li> <li>Experience building or significantly shaping a documentation function, not just contributing to one.</li> <li>Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and enterprise software environments.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to augment or automate documentation workflows.</li> <li>Experience producing client-facing technical materials for enterprise audiences.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.</li> <li>Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to clarity, structure, and precision.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in AI or ML platforms.</li> <li>Background in engineering, computer science, or solutions architecture.</li> <li>Experience working with modular, customizable, or multi-solution platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with documentation platforms such as Confluence, Notion, or documentation-as-code methodologies.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with design tools such as Figma.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Impact</strong></h3> <p>As Unframe scales, clarity becomes a competitive advantage.
