We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.</p> <p>Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $50M in Series A funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally</p> <h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Group Product Manager (GPM)</strong> to lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions in production.</p> <p>This is a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment where many problems are <strong>not predefined</strong>. You will be expected to deeply understand customer needs, identify the right problems to solve, and lead your team in building solutions that deliver meaningful business value.</p> <p>You will operate as a <strong>product leader with end-to-end ownership, </strong>shaping opportunities, driving execution, and scaling successful solutions.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions in production<br><br></li> <li>Work closely with customers and internal teams to identify high-value problems and define what to build<br><br></li> <li>Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined<br><br></li> <li>Drive the development of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions<br><br></li> <li>Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel initiatives<br><br></li> <li>Balance speed of execution with long-term scalability, quality, and product thinking<br><br></li> <li>Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization<br><br></li> <li>Mentor and develop Product Managers, helping them operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments<br><br></li> <li>Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making<br><br></li> <li>Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in building new solutions from early stages to production<br><br></li> <li>Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scalability<br><br></li> <li>Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints<br><br></li> <li>Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why this role is unique</strong></h2> <p>This isn’t a typical product role. You’ll work closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company where things actually get built.</p>
