In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our international suppliers—overseeing the production pipeline, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of both components and finished goods. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our global supply chain operates with accuracy, efficiency, and resilience.</span></p> <h2 style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:&nbsp;</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as the primary liaison with select overseas manufacturers, managing daily communications and maintaining strong relationships</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor production schedules, identify potential delays, and escalating risks to cross function and leadership teams&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure that overseas vendors receive clear and accurate shipping instructions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate shipping logistics, including booking freight, confirming documentation, and ensuring timely PO pick-ups and deliveries</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw material and componentry availability to support procurement timelines and avoid production disruptions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Enter and manage manufacturer purchase orders in NetSuite and ensure alignment across internal systems</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Adjust production schedules as needed to balance inventory availability with demand, minimizing excess and aged stock</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain visibility into the status of inbound shipments, resolve delays, and provide regular updates to stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Engage in Sales, Inventory &amp; The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
