If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting.</div><h3>The role:</h3> As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting CookUnity’s treasury operations, ensuring accurate cash management, timely payments, and strong controls as the business scales. You will work closely with the Treasury Manager and cross-functional teams to support daily cash operations, cash flow forecasting, and continuous process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> Cash Management & Reconciliations <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Perform daily, weekly, and monthly payments and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage daily cash position reporting and checkpoints to ensure alignment with planned burn rate and financial targets.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in the preparation and maintenance of short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.</li> </ul> Payments & Vendor Management <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Execute weekly payment processes, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Serve as a point of contact for vendors regarding payment inquiries, resolving issues accurately and promptly.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support vendor onboarding by creating and maintaining vendor records in the accounting system.</li> </ul> Treasury Operations & Process Improvement <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner with the Treasury Manager on treasury-related initiatives, reporting, and special projects.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Review and support vendor credit applications and related documentation.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and scalability.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist with additional treasury-related responsibilities as needed.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven experience (+2 years) in treasury, finance, or accounting roles, with a focus on cash management and treasury operations, preferably in a fast-growing company.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Familiarity with treasury tools, ERP/accounting systems, or AP platforms (e.g., NetSuite/Ramp).</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Advanced English Skills</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Effective communicator and team player capable of collaborating remotely.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with a positive attitude.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience in handling stressful situations calmly and effectively.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>Learn More About CookUnity</h3> We believe great leadership starts with alignment on vision, values, and ways of working.
