As a Strategic Sales Manager, you’ll own the full sales cycle and nurture high-stakes relationships across a portfolio of Fortune 500 and other top-tier enterprises.</span></p> <p data-start="1009" data-start="278" data-end="407"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and execute a long-term vision for strategic pipeline generation, with a clear plan to drive sustained net-new growth</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="410" data-end="532"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Consistently deliver against revenue targets, contributing to meaningful year-over-year growth across your territory</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="535" data-end="691"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and operationalize account strategies that generate a qualified pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and produce predictable, repeatable bookings</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="694" data-end="835"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify and engage senior decision-makers within target accounts, expanding your network across director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="838" data-end="963"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the full sales cycle—from early discovery and tailored value conversations to complex negotiations and final close</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="966" data-end="1117"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Leverage Similarweb’s partner ecosystem to uncover new opportunities, strengthen your position in active deals, and expand into untapped accounts</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1120" data-end="1265"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, data-start="1518" data-end="1539">What You’ll Bring</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1543" data-end="1652"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">10+ years of success selling sophisticated, enterprise SaaS solutions into large, complex organizations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Advantageous to have experience with Large Language Models (LLM)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1655" data-end="1786"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to create demand and influence C-level leaders, articulating strategic value with clarity and confidence</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1789" data-end="1901"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Expertise navigating multi-threaded, complex sales cycles with diverse technical and business stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1904" data-end="2027"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience selling to and building partnerships within the C-suite, establishing trust and executive alignment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2030" data-end="2136"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong background selling in partnership with GSIs, channel partners, and broader partner ecosystems</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2139" data-end="2253"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to any level of audience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2256" data-end="2373"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A balance of self-drive and humility, thriving in collaborative environments while taking ownership of outcomes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2376" data-end="2499"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">*All Similarweb offices work in a hybrid model, so you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home with the benefits of building face to face connections with fellow Similarwebbers.*</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The base salary range for this position in San Francisco is <em>$125,000 to $175,000</em>&nbsp;+ benefits including: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and parental leave.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">In addition, this position is eligible to participate in the company’s sales incentive plan, with a maximum target OTE of up to <em>$350,000</em>, depending upon the final terms of employment and achievement of established targets.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Individual compensation is based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The base salary range above is for the
