font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Join our Qrew!<br></span></strong></span></p></div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The Landman II/III/IV will be primarily responsible for negotiating and securing trades, acquisitions and divestitures through Purchase and Sale Agreements, Lease Exchange Agreements, Joint Operating Agreements, and other related contracts to meet company objectives and secure development rights necessary for immediate and future drilling schedule.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>The&nbsp;Landman II/III/IV responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Research, prepare, and negotiate various agreements including trades, acquisitions, divestitures, participation agreements to support the company’s upstream operations.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Review and evaluate data pertaining to acquisitions, divestiture and trade opportunities and present findings to management.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Coordinate due diligence efforts as needed for various transactions and obtain and cure defects.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Create and maintain strong relationships with partners and industry peers.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Work cooperatively with internal counterparts in Permitting, Title, Acquisitions, Operations, Engineering, Geology to build comprehensive plans for development.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Carry out other complex land projects as needed.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Occasional travel required, dependent on proximity to our Canonsburg, PA office.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Required Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">4+ years of relevant land experience.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">High school diploma or GED.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience in trades, acquisitions, divestitures, and Joint Operating Agreements.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Excellent communication skills with the ability to create strong relationships, persuade, negotiate and close deals.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to adapt and work under pressure, while managing stressful situations to a positive outcome.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Professional demeanor and proven ability to work in a team environment across cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Excellent mapping skills (Tax, Farmline and topo).</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Working knowledge of deed plotter and chain of title computer programs.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
