This position will focus mainly on identifying, attracting, and securing A-level Controller and Accounting talent across the Cobalt ecosystem, while providing an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders. In addition, this individual will have the opportunity to lean into building processes and implementing recruiting systems and best practices to support the growth of a rapidly growing organization where talent is critical to success. </span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Run a full desk of Accounting (and some Finance) Executive searches across Cobalt, drawing upon a full-cycle executive recruiting toolkit: </span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive executive searches end-to-end from role definition to offer negotiation, ensuring an outstanding hiring manager/candidate experience throughout</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with senior stakeholders to deeply understand their leadership needs, business context, and team dynamics while providing strategic hiring guidance and market insights</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to b</span><span data-contrast="auto">uild and nurture lasting relationships with hard-to-access talent pools, maintaining an active network of potential candidates and industry leaders</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, managing complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy and clear communication</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">2+ years executive recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to recruiting critical Accounting leadership roles. Exposure to recruiting in private equity-backed or highly acquisitive organizations is a strong plus.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Deep understanding of executive search methodology and leadership team dynamics</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Superior written and verbal communication skill</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to consistently&nbsp;</span><span data-contrast="auto">identify candidates who exceed expectations and achieve long-term success</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Resourceful and scrappy; eager to roll up sleeves and get the job done</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with or deep respect for the trades&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Salary Notes</span></strong>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><span data-contrast="auto">The annualized cash compensation for this role is expected to be between $110,000 and $120,000. Actual base + bonus pay may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, and the applicant’s skill set.
