We’re one of the largest engineering and system integration firms in the United States providing value for our clients through IT automation and control solutions for more than 30 years to the Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Metals & Mining, Warehousing & Distribution, and CPG/Food & Beverage industries. Our national and global scale allows us to help our clients develop and implement standardized solutions at any of their facilities regardless of physical location or the local resources available at that site.     You will:  <ul data-start="724" data-end="2039"> <li data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Partner with executive leadership, sales, and business development to drive IT/OT growth strategy, including assessments, remediation projects, and long-term client engagements</li> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT/OT engineers and technical resources to deliver high-quality, repeatable solutions</li> <li>Act as a technical leader and escalation point across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and OT environments</li> <li>Support and guide the development of standardized IT/OT offerings, including network assessments, cybersecurity risk evaluations, and lifecycle services</li> <li>Work closely with project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations</li> <li>Participate in client engagements to build trust, identify opportunities, and expand existing accounts</li> <li>Drive team utilization, delivery consistency, and overall P&L performance for the IT/OT group</li> <li>Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and documentation expectations across projects</li> <li>Collaborate across engineering, field teams, and sales to ensure alignment between solution design and execution</li> <li>Support the development of go-to-market strategies for IT/OT services, including differentiation in the mid-market space</li> <li>Be an ambassador who embodies our <a class="Hyperlink SCXW243457903 BCX0" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNgpHEJiRb0" target="_blank">Core Values</a>, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. </li> </ul>   You have:   <ul data-start="2064" data-end="2830"> <li data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">8+ years of experience in IT, OT, or converged IT/OT environments (industrial networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity)</li> <li>3+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams</li> <li>Strong understanding of industrial networking, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles</li> <li>Experience supporting or delivering client-facing projects and technical solutions</li> <li>Ability to operate at both a strategic level (growth, offerings, client relationships) and technical level (architecture, troubleshooting, guidance)</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally with sales, project management, and executive leadership</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value</li> <li>A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork. </li> </ul>     You may have:   <ul data-start="2867" data-end="3293"> <li data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Experience with industrial control systems, PLC/SCADA environments, or OT infrastructure</li> <li>Familiarity with IT/OT assessments, cybersecurity frameworks, or risk evaluations</li> <li>Background in network architecture, virtualization, or secure remote access solutions</li> <li>Experience building or scaling a technical services line of business</li> </ul>     Benefits & Perks:  <ul> <li>401k + match + prompt enrollment.  E Tech Group employees are 100% vested upon entry. </li> <li>Prompt enrollment into Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. </li> <li>Generous paid time off that includes paid vacation, paid holidays, paid family leave and sick time off. </li> <li>Learning and growth are key parts of the E Tech culture.
