<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a <strong>Director, Corporate Operational Excellence</strong> to lead enterprise-wide operational improvement initiatives focused on execution consistency, scalability, and delivery predictability across a growing multi-business-unit organization.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">Reporting directly to the Senior. VP of Operations, this role partners closely with business unit leadership and Operational Excellence counterparts across the company to improve operational maturity, accelerate adoption of scalable operating practices, and reduce execution variability across the enterprise.</span> <span data-contrast="auto">This leader will play a key role in strengthening operational alignment across legacy and acquired organizations while driving practical, hands-on operational improvement in a decentralized engineering environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
