This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, high-quality user experiences while still being comfortable contributing to backend services when needed.</p> <p data-start="459" data-end="649">You’ll play a key role in designing and building modern, responsive web applications, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions in AWS.</p> </div> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="zt2x5m" data-start="690" data-end="781">Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React (or similar frameworks)</li> <li data-section-id="4ia8yo" data-start="782" data-end="851">Build responsive, performant, and user-friendly frontend interfaces</li> <li data-section-id="1cgf7by" data-start="852" data-end="958">Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into elegant UI/UX solutions</li> <li data-section-id="1nl2o2i" data-start="959" data-end="1015">Contribute to backend services using Node.js as needed</li> <li data-section-id="l4sodw" data-start="1016" data-end="1080">Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend services</li> <li data-section-id="o6c263" data-start="1081" data-end="1137">Work with cloud-native, serverless applications on AWS</li> <li data-section-id="fpv635" data-start="1138" data-end="1208">Develop and maintain scalable systems using PostgreSQL and Snowflake</li> <li data-section-id="1qhkbfm" data-start="1209" data-end="1284">Support infrastructure and deployments using Terraform and GitHub Actions</li> <li data-section-id="1vznret" data-start="1285" data-end="1351">Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack</li> <li data-section-id="1ty6jbq" data-start="1352" data-end="1428">Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions</li> <li data-section-id="1m4du31" data-start="1429" data-end="1514">Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and backend engineers</li> </ul> <h3><strong>&nbsp;Some Must-Haves:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="1cj2fze" data-start="1547" data-end="1605">5+ years of professional software development experience</li> <li data-section-id="1fqgrmm" data-start="1606" data-end="1699">Strong experience building frontend applications using React (or similar modern frameworks)</li> <li data-section-id="1dnlan2" data-start="1700" data-end="1786">Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills and understanding of modern frontend architecture</li> <li data-section-id="1w0o7yf" data-start="1787" data-end="1850">Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services</li> <li data-section-id="e95dpl" data-start="1851" data-end="1905">Working knowledge of Node.js for backend development</li> <li data-section-id="1pjcjm4" data-start="1906" data-end="1992">Experience with AWS, including serverless services (Lambda, SNS, SQS, RDS, DynamoDB)</li> <li data-section-id="1sducjo" data-start="1993" data-end="2039">Familiarity with PostgreSQL and/or Snowflake</li> <li data-section-id="ft18on" data-start="2040" data-end="2109">Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)</li> <li data-section-id="10dssg6" data-start="2110" data-end="2164">Understanding of cloud-based and distributed systems</li> <li data-section-id="13byzs3" data-start="2165" data-end="2226">Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team</li> <li data-section-id="15on71k" data-start="2227" data-end="2285">Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)</li> </ul> <div> <h3><strong>Where We're Looking For It:</strong></h3> Brazil</div> <div>Open to 100% Fully Remote</div> <h3><strong>Other Information</strong></h3> <p>The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it.
