As part of our consulting organization, this role is focused on driving delivery excellence, operational consistency, and successful client outcomes across complex engagements. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on guiding consulting teams to successfully deliver complex transformation initiatives across a portfolio of key accounts. You will partner closely with project managers and consultant delivery teams to provide direction, oversight, and support throughout the client engagement lifecycle, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality, consistency and measurable business impact. You may also serve as an executive sponsor on select accounts, engaging directly with clients across major portfolios and supporting escalation as needed to maintain strong client relationships.</p> <p>As a portfolio delivery manager, you will also take a leading role in evolving and standardizing delivery practices across the Global Business Applications team, including methodologies, templates, DevOps structures, standard procedures, and sales to delivery handoff process. Operations, Dynamics 365 CE, &nbsp;&nbsp;or Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations</p> <p>- Strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain, or operational workflows within ERP systems</p> <p>- Experience overseeing large-scale, multi-phase digital transformation programs</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Platform and solution expertise</strong></p> <p>- Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including integrations with Power Platform, data &amp;
