You will be part of fabrication and integration efforts across the launch and test sites, as well as our third-party vendors.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support installation, alignment, and calibration of complex tools and systems (such as rail systems, launch pad infrastructure, and integration tooling).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct field work such as match-drilling, precision assembly, and field machining.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with design and integration teams to develop installation plans and build strategies</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Execute precision drilling, dowelling, epoxy pours, and leveling for anchoring, fixture setup, and heavy tooling integration while maintaining adherence to safety procedures.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">About You:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">5+ years of hands-on experience in fabrication, machining, or heavy industrial assembly environments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience operating and supporting both manual machining equipment (including lathes and mills) and CNC machining systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency using standard hand tools, power tools, precision measuring equipment, and performing shop-related arithmetic calculations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to read, interpret, and execute work from detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures, with the ability to work collaboratively in dynamic team settings, including elevated work areas when required.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Nice to haves but not required:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience viewing, measuring, and interpreting 3D CAD models to support fabrication and installation activities, preferably using Teamcenter or NX.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Knowledge of large-scale structural steel transport, lifting, and installation for truck and ocean freight operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience performing field machining operations such as magnetic drilling, flange facing, and line boring.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Rigging experience ranging from bridge cranes to large off-road cranes, with a strong focus on safe lifting and load-handling practices.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience using portable metrology instruments such as laser trackers, large volume scanners and handheld scanners</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Familiarity with metrology software including Verisurf or Spatial Analyzer.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Basic understanding of GD&amp;T&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Understanding of design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA), including supporting transitions from prototype builds to production operations.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
