If you're looking to define what's next in space launch and write a new playbook, not just repeat what’s already been done, this is where it happens.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">About the Role:</span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">As a Structural Welder on the Launch Team, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding critical structural systems supporting the Terran R launch site, including steel assemblies, support structures, platforms, frames, and other ground support equipment. You will collaborate closely with engineering and fabrication teams to ensure all systems are built safely, accurately, and efficiently. Your technical expertise, craftsmanship, and ability to execute high-quality structural welds in both shop and field environments will drive success in this role.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Additional responsibilities include:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication prints, and structural blueprints for fit-up and assembly activities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Fit, fabricate, and weld carbon steel components using welding techniques including MIG, FCAW, TIG, and stick welding</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform structural welding on carbon steel (A514), stainless steel, and aluminum components in both shop and field integration environments</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools including grinders, mag drills, saws, and cutting equipment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience with structural welding processes including MIG, FCAW, TIG, and stick welding</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
