This role will be responsible for providing financial and cost controls for large-scale capital improvement programs on behalf of corporate and aviation clients. Ensures client capital investments comply with contract requirements, airport tenant improvement guidelines, lease obligations, and industry-standard accounting and cost-control practices. Works closely with Program Managers, on-site Construction Managers, and client representatives across multiple projects and programs nationwide to provide transparency, accuracy, and accountability in program financial performance. What You Will Do: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Manage and maintain overall program budgets, including: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Architectural/Engineering (A/E)</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Consultants</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Contractors</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Owner-furnished items and third-party items</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Allowances, contractor contingencies, and owner contingencies</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Verify and reconcile project costs against client systems (e.g., Southwest E Builder).</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Develop and maintain monthly program-level cash flow models, incorporating updates from: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">A/E teams</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Consultants</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Contractors</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Owner-furnished items</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Review pay applications for A/E teams, consultants, and general contractors, including: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Compliance with contract terms, FGMP, addenda, RFIs, and executed change orders</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Documentation of decisions, adjustments, and clarifications</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Tracking contractor buy-out</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Identification of miscalculations, unallowable charges, and duplicate costs</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Review of general conditions and general works (labor, materials, equipment, overhead, and mark-ups)</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Ensure compliance with City and County of Denver requirements and other applicable jurisdictional requirements, including: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Verification of prevailing wage compliance</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Verification of M/WBE participation and goal compliance</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Coordinate with on-site owner representatives to verify construction progress and identify quality or deficiency items requiring pay adjustments.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Coordinate with Program Managers and clients regarding change orders and cost impacts.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Track owner-furnished items, including procurement costs and purchase order routing.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Support change order management by: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Documenting potential cost items</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Tracking negotiated and final costs</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Incorporating approved changes into the overall program budget</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Monitoring use of allowances and contingency funds</li> </ul> </li> </ul> What You Will Bring: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">High school diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bachelor or Associate Degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field  is advantageous, but not required.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">10 years of direct experience with project controls, financial controls, accounting, and/or construction cost management required.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">High attention to detail and accuracy required.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong written and verbal communication skills required.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams required.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience supporting construction / engineering projects preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience with financial tracking and reporting preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience supporting large, multi-project or program-level initiatives preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Experience maintaining a program ledger of accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Knowledge of pay application review, contract compliance, and cost control best practices preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Knowledge of Davis Bacon wage review preferred.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
