Investment Operations - Senior Analyst (PE) at Petra Funds Group

The role is hands-on and entrepreneurial, on a close-knit team that operates in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes.The successful candidate will manage many concurrent deals and workstreams, reprioritize as deal timelines shift, and keep stakeholders informed throughout.</p> <p data-start="644" data-end="936">&nbsp;</p> <h3 data-start="938" data-end="966"><strong data-start="942" data-end="966">Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Prepare client allocations across the platform for each PE investment transaction</li> <li>Support transaction funding logistics, including capital calls and tracking of recallable/recycled capital</li> <li>Provide hands-on support on complex operational matters including FX, deal syndications, and bridge financing</li> <li>Monitor each deal end-to-end through Power BI reporting, ensuring alignment with internal close protocols</li> <li>Coordinate the Investment, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Treasury teams to keep transactions on track</li> <li>Own the latest deal-process updates and ensure the right stakeholders are informed at the right time</li> <li>Manage information flow into and out of the deal team</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="938" data-end="966">&nbsp;</h3> <h3 data-start="938" data-end="966"><strong data-start="942" data-end="966">Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2-5 years of relevant experience in Middle office or other investment fund related role is preferred but not necessary</li> <li>Experience in fund-of-fund trading or Private Equity is a plus</li> <li>Familiarity With LP Interest secondaries and co-investments is strongly preferred, not required</li> <li>Demonstrates commitment, accuracy and attention to detail, even in a high-volume, fast-paced environment</li> <li>Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities assigned</li> <li>Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines</li> <li>Highly motivated with a willingness to learn</li> <li>Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment</li> <li>Good analytical skills with a flair for processes as well as good IT skills</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Salary Range</span><em><br></em></strong><em>At Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $123,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only.
