This includes drafting media materials, coordinating with journalists and influencers, supporting special events, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels. The role requires a combination of strong writing skills, media intuition, and a proactive, autonomous attitude.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Draft, edit, and coordinate approval of press releases, background checkers, media advisories, Q&amp;As, fact sheets, and related content.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain daily contact with journalists: respond to inquiries, proactively pitch stories, and coordinate interviews.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in organizing and executing press events, influencer activations, and stakeholder meetings.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage media monitoring, reporting, and internal trackers: coverage clippings, agendas, media lists, and reporting dashboards.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Monitor competitor activity and industry trends; provide summaries and insights to the team.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensure message consistency across paid, earned, shared, and owned media.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Liaise with internal departments (marketing, brand, legal, product) to ensure alignment of messaging.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Act as a brand guardian in external communication, upholding tone, language, and core values.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">0–3 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, or journalism.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong sense of autonomy and ownership of tasks and deadlines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in [insert required languages, e.g., English and Spanish].</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
