The HR Manager will provide support in a variety of critical HR functions such as benefits + open enrollment, payroll integration, leaves, HRIS data management, total rewards, etc.  <h2>Where You'll Be</h2> <p>To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte&nbsp;office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.</p> <p>101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707</p> </section> <section class="Job_column2__EY2DH"> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Lead and manage HR Ops implementations, special projects, and programs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage HRIS systems and programs (ADP WFN).&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to leaves; workers compensation; total compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage offboarding and onboarding employees including termination procedures, cross team coordination and benefit termination paperwork.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain and develop standard operating procedures, workflows, communications, newsletter etc.&nbsp;</li> <li>Audit systems, employment practices and propose recommendations for improvements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare confidential documentation to support compliance, investigations or other.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with HR Business Partners and Human Capital team to develop or revise processes to maximize performance and deliver best-in-class services.</li> <li>Promote, articulate, and present HR operations, HR Ops tools, leveraging potentially different communication skills/mediums targeting different stakeholders (HR, Finance, employees, managers, IT).&nbsp;</li> <li>Build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally and collaborate with all support business partners to reach Company goals by executing HR operations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct report writing, maintaining, gathering/scrutinizing, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources (Workday, ADP, and other HR tools) prepare graphs, reports, and presentations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as first point of contact for employees on personal information changes, benefit updates, leaves, policy, procedures, and many other HR related questions.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>7+ years of progressive work experience in Human Resources.&nbsp;</li> <li>5+ years’ experience in a Generalist role directly supporting employees in exempt-level roles.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working in ADP Workforce Now. &nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge and experience administering LOAs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly.&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong team player and ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
