The Senior FP&amp;A Associate performs financial analyses including budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and financial/data modeling. This role develops recommendations from information and results; considers and conducts additional analyses as appropriate. The Sr. FP&amp;A Associate coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, new business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements, and operating forecasts.</p> <h2>Where You'll Be</h2> <p>To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (9am-5pm) each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.</p> <p>101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707</p> </section> <section class="Job_column2__EY2DH"> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Prepare month end business performance reports, including variance explanations and forward-looking performance estimates&nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver monthly projections and variance analytics on business performance while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to garner new insights and progress updates&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor, analyze, and report on key financial metrics and operational performance indicators, providing timely insights to management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare, deliver, and present clear, data-driven financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with key business partners across the organization to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve growth, profitability, and cost efficiencies</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvements within FP&amp;A workflows and implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Mentor and provide guidance to junior FP&amp;A team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Required:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the ability to articulate complex financial results.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Media or Healthcare business models</li> <li>Experience with Oracle Systems or similar ERP</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
