<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Employee Relations:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist and advise managers with planning and executing performance management solutions</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and implementing solutions.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct exit interviews</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">HR Administration:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy in Vista Viewpoint ERP, Box and other systems.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare and process HR documents such as personnel changes and termination paperwork.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage and track leaves of absence, ADA interactive processes, return to work / fitness for duty and other HR processes.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist HR Business Partners with organizational processes including: performance review cycles, merit cycle, engagement surveys and plans, talent review and retention efforts, as needed.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports</span></li>
</ul>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Update and communicate HR policies and procedures, as needed</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with full-cycle recruitment using iCIMS.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support Total Rewards COE with benefits administration and open enrollment processes, as needed.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Participate in HR projects, initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives, as assigned.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Preferred - Proficiency with Vista Viewpoint ERP, Smartsheet, Box, Gallup, HireRight, and iCIMS.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">3+ years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated knowledge of HR operations.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience supporting union environments strongly preferred</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.</span></li>
