Pricing Lead at Monster Energy

<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>The Pricing Lead is expected to perform audit analysis of customer pricing data, promotional pricing, using custom applications (VIP). Must possess strong strategic and tactical skills with a solid understanding of the various&nbsp; forces that impact pricing. Lead will be responsible for the daily maintenance and accuracy of data contained within the systems used by the DSD Accounting and Sales teams.</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>Maintains data integrity and consistency by assuring that all pricing conditions are correctly loaded into VIP</li> <li>Conducts daily pricing Audits in VIP comparing to pricing alert forms. Additionally, must perform&nbsp;random audits of VIP to ensure all data is accurate and up to date</li> <li>Must manipulate, validate and creatively analyze large sets of data using various statistical and mathematical models. Strong Excel skills required</li> <li>Effective communicator and demonstrates the ability to take initiative, multi-tasking and prioritize skills</li> <li>Ensures monster pricing strategies are adhere</li> <li>Manage new item set up within VIP SRS and ensure it is accurately reporting in iDig</li> <li>Act as a support resource for iDig/SRS/KARMA</li> <li>Daily management of VIP help and VIP disputes</li> <li>Ensure Karma Call points are up to date with buyer data, and are audited on a monthly basis.</li> <li>Manage chain creations, mergers, distributor setups and related employee assignments to VIP &amp; SAP via DSD Change forms to include chain form updates (Chain Alert, DSD Change Form, Item Code and Chain Authorization Reporting)</li> <li>Responsible for guiding and training a team of pricing representatives</li> <li>Must streamline and implement more efficient ways to get job done for pricing representatives</li> <li>Brainstorm more efficient ways to streamline work processes for the department</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, or Finance&nbsp;</li> <li>Business English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation</li> <li>Business and personal computer hardware and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel</li> <li>Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing</li> <li>Establish and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others</li> <li>Providing excellent customers service with both internal and external customers</li> <li>Accurate and timely 10 key data entry for pricing</li> <li>Excellent written communication skills</li> <li>Strong time management skills</li> <li>Strong multi-tasking abilities</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>Supervisor or Lead experience preferred</li> <li>Strong ability to plan, organize, document, train, motivate employees</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
