About the Role

<h2>A Day in the Life:</h2> <p>In the position of Accounts Payable Supervisor (Monster Internal Title: Chain Claims Supervisor), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the&nbsp;domestic claims team, supervising staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, support accrual overview,&nbsp;adjustments, and upholding compliance standards. Provide support and execute trainings to the claims staff, Sales Teams,&nbsp;Chain and/or Distributors, assist to review and post invoices, and drive process improvements to optimize departmental&nbsp;efficiency and performance.</p> <h2>The Impact You'll Make:</h2> <ul> <li>Support Review Validation and/or Posting of claims of Claims Representatives and/or Leads - Assist in reviewing&nbsp;invoices and calculations, as needed, to ensure accuracy, completeness of information, required documentation, proper&nbsp;coding, and full compliance with audit and company standards.</li> <li>Department Invoice Aging - Maintain and/or support managing the ongoing department aging to ensure timely&nbsp;payments are being made to Chains and/or Distributors. Assist in prioritizing workload, managing rushes, setting&nbsp;deadlines, and ensure goals are being met regularly. Manage rep and lead KPIs.</li> <li>Communication &amp; Support - Provide support to Bottler Claims Manager regarding daily operations. Participating in adhoc&nbsp;assignments or projects, as needed. Collaborate, coach, support cross-functionally with the Promotional Claims team,&nbsp;Pricing team, Sales/RGM, and others, as needed, by providing guidance and instruction on best practices and process&nbsp;requirements and/or trainings. May also support the Accrual Team by communicating insights on fluctuations within the&nbsp;Promotional Allowances</li> <li>Invoice and Accrual Support Management - Responsible for the support and/or review of promotional planned&nbsp;revisions made by claim reps/leads and/or cancellation requests to ensure proper information is recorded and&nbsp;administered appropriately when revising or cancelling promotions in salesforce and SAP.</li> <li>Leadership/Mentorship/Development; Customer Service; participate in project implementations; interviewing;&nbsp;timesheets, evaluations</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are:</h2> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other related studies</li> <li>&nbsp;Between 3-5 years of experience in accounting, analytics</li> <li>Between 1-3 years of experience in leadership role</li> <li>Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office&nbsp;Suite, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, and/or VIP-PPM knowledge etc. a plus.</li> <li>Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Typing and 10-key is preferred</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below.
