We are looking for <strong>Director of Revenue Cycle Management for our team.</strong></p> <p><em>This role is remote with potential travel to our main office in New York or the FreedomCare hub closest to you for meetings and/or collaboration.</em></p> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Director of Revenue Cycle Management will lead and transform the organization’s end-to-end revenue cycle operations across multiple states.&nbsp;&nbsp;This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency and scalability of billing, reimbursement and accounts receivable processes as FreedomCare continues to grow.&nbsp;</p> <p>Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role&nbsp;will partner closely with&nbsp;Accounting,&nbsp;FP&amp;A&nbsp;Operations,&nbsp;Compliance&nbsp;and other&nbsp;cross-functional&nbsp;teams&nbsp;to&nbsp;strengthen&nbsp;revenue integrity, improve cash flow performance, and&nbsp;enhance&nbsp;visibility across the organization.&nbsp;&nbsp;Through these&nbsp;efforts,&nbsp;the Director of Revenue Cycle Management will&nbsp;help ensure the organization’s&nbsp;revenue&nbsp;engine is predictable, data-driven, and scalable&nbsp;within a complex multistate environment.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Everyday Responsibilities Will Include:</strong></p> <p><strong>Revenue Cycle Leadership</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end and revenue cycle operations&nbsp;including billing, claims&nbsp;submissions,&nbsp;denial management, accounts receivable and collections&nbsp;</li> <li>Evaluate existing&nbsp;processes and implement improvements to increase accuracy,&nbsp;efficiency&nbsp;and scalability&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead the development of modern, scalable revenue cycle&nbsp;infrastructure&nbsp;capable of supporting continued organizational growth and multi-state expansion&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Billing, AR &amp; Cash Flow Management&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Oversee billing operations across multiple payer types (Medicaid, managed care, etc.)&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor and improve key revenue cycle metrics including days in accounts receivable, denial rates, clean claim&nbsp;rates&nbsp;and collections performance&nbsp;</li> <li>Implement strategies reduce aging AR and improve overall cash flow&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process &amp; Systems Optimization</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Create&nbsp;workflows,&nbsp;policies&nbsp;and procedures across revenue cycle operations&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with Finance,&nbsp;IT&nbsp;and Operations to evaluate and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;revenue cycle technology, including billing&nbsp;platforms, reporting&nbsp;tools&nbsp;and automations opportunities to improve efficiency,&nbsp;accuracy&nbsp;and scalability&nbsp;</li> <li>Implement reporting and dashboards to improve data visibility and operational decision making&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Financial &amp; This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $120,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.</span></p></div><div class="title">Compensation Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$120,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$170,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
