About the Role

<p>XLA is currently seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Systems Analyst</strong> to support our DEA client onsite in <strong>Arlington, VA</strong>.&nbsp; Candidates must be local to the Arlington area, as this position is onsite in a federal office setting 5 days/week.</p> <p><strong>Salary: $70,000 per year</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;Government&nbsp;Contracting,&nbsp;ideally&nbsp;in&nbsp;an&nbsp;Acquisition&nbsp;field</li> <li>Candidate&nbsp;should&nbsp;have&nbsp;work&nbsp;experience&nbsp;primarily&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>data&nbsp;visualization/data&nbsp;analytics&nbsp;<br>and&nbsp;system&nbsp;administration</strong>, and&nbsp;any&nbsp;helpdesk&nbsp;experience&nbsp;within&nbsp;the&nbsp;<br>GovCon&nbsp;field&nbsp;is&nbsp;an&nbsp;added&nbsp;plus.&nbsp;</li> <li>Candidate&nbsp;needs&nbsp;to&nbsp;have&nbsp;solid&nbsp;working&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;in&nbsp;at&nbsp;least&nbsp;one&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;following<br>database systems:&nbsp;<strong>SQL,&nbsp;Tableau/Power&nbsp;BI</strong>,&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;<strong>SharePoint</strong> development.</li> <li>Monitor, Impact Assessment and DEA Implementation planning for external program and system development</li> <li>Develop and Deploy System Training</li> <li>Develop and Maintain System and Process documentation</li> <li>Develop and Maintain User documentation</li> <li>Hotline User Support</li> <li>Develop and Maintain System Metrics &amp; Dashboard Reports</li> <li>Execute System/Data Audits</li> <li>Release Management</li> <li>Test version releases and upgrades</li> <li>Execute system data pulls and data analysis/ data mining tasks and report</li> <li>System Development: [a] Develop system Requirements, [b] Project Management <br>and [c] System Pilot and [d] Implementation</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Automate manual processes with applications including, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>SQL,</li> <li>SharePoint (SP2016 and 2019),</li> <li>SharePoint Designer (2013)</li> <li>SharePoint 365 [and Power-automate] – to be implemented late FY25</li> <li>UFMS (Momentum),</li> <li>MS PowerBI</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comfortable with Technology</li> <li>Ability to communicate orally and in writing</li> <li>Ability to plan and execute work independently</li> <li>Team player, well organized,&nbsp;<u>self-motivated, curious, hungry&nbsp;</u>and quick learner</li> <li>Good analytical skills</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively with contracting, financial management and relocation staff in;</li> <li>Resolving issues and developing resolution recommendations</li> <li>Developing system requirements and Office of Acquisition &amp; Relocation (FA) application tools, developing process workflow and documentation</li> <li>Proficient in at least one of the following: UFMS application, Momentum software or similar contract/financial management system Federal contracting,</li> <li>User helpdesk experience</li> <li>Broad technical skills (SQL, SharePoint, Power BI, .Net)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <p><strong>EEO Statement</strong></p> <p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">XLA is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals and is an equal opportunity employer committed to supporting equality and integrity in the workplace, professional development and education, and an entrepreneurial atmosphere. &nbsp;</span></span></p> <p>We encourage qualified individuals with disabilities to apply.
