The ideal candidate has experience working within enterprise-scale systems managing large volumes of concurrent users. You are someone who understands the weight of production changes and can context-switch fluidly between backend services and frontend issues as business needs arise.</p> </div> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li class="" data-start="1153" data-end="1224">Deliver work in vertical slices, owning features from start to finish rather than working in siloed layers.</li> <li class="" data-start="1225" data-end="1306">Build and maintain features for accounts and commerce platforms, supporting login, transactions, and game integrations.</li> <li class="" data-start="1307" data-end="1404">Respond to time-sensitive production issues, including login outages, transaction bugs, and critical issues with legal ramifications.</li> <li class="" data-start="1405" data-end="1484">Partner with external game studios and communicate clearly with PMs regarding timelines, scope, and rollout rationale.</li> <li class="" data-start="1485" data-end="1594">Contribute actively to refinement sessions, PI Planning, and standard sprint ceremonies.</li> <li class="" data-start="1485" data-end="1594">Effectively shift between Go backend services and React frontend debugging (e.g., login modals or dev deploys) throughout the day.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>&nbsp;Some Must-Haves:</strong></h3> <div> <ul> <li class="" data-start="1896" data-end="1965">GoLang: Expertise in backend services development.</li> <li class="" data-start="1966" data-end="2012">React (JS/TS): Strong frontend development skills across web surfaces.</li> <li class="" data-start="2013" data-end="2095">Python: Proficiency in scripting and tooling.</li> <li class="" data-start="2096" data-end="2138">Solid experience with SQL and AWS cloud infrastructure.</li> <li class="" data-start="2139" data-end="2261">Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.</li> <li class="" data-start="2139" data-end="2261">While you may have a primary focus, you must be genuinely capable across both frontend and backend to handle the pace of production issues.</li> <li class="" data-start="2139" data-end="2261">Good judgment when making production changes that carry real-world consequences.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>A Plus:</strong></h3> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience working in enterprise-scale systems handling high volumes of concurrent users across multiple platforms and products.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <h3><strong>Where We're Looking For It:</strong></h3> Latin America</div> <div>Open to 100% Fully Remote</div> <h3><strong>Other Information</strong></h3> <p>The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it.
