If so, we are seeking a Sales Director who will manage a book of business in beauty product and packaging sales.&nbsp; This role reports to Jansy’s Chief Marketing Officer.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Accountabilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hit and exceed yearly sales goals</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of project managers, operational professionals, and a network of world class manufacturing partners</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactively research the beauty and wellness market to identify, target, and close new opportunities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Grow and manage existing accounts</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement new sales strategies in the rapidly evolving environment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and build relationships with key decision makers within brands</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work in a team environment, collaborating with other sales team members, operations team, product, research, and marketing departments</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Fulfill employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity, and driving profitable results &nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">College degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3 years’ experience in sales required, with a proven track record in beauty product and packaging industry</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be a self-starter, determined, resilient, and tenacious and also able to work as part of a dynamic team</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong presentation skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to develop and present compelling proposals aligned to customer’s needs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience juggling multiple deadlines</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficient at MS Office Suite</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly organized</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Calm demeanor in stressful situations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficient in both written and verbal communications</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Able to travel at least 10%</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Working Environment: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a hybrid position, requiring frequent travel for in-person client visits and occasional travel to company offices for business meetings and training.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
