If so, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Retail Division with a strong background in the beauty or retail industry. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing beauty, fragrance, skincare, or personal care programs and understands the nuances of working with multiple brands and packaging requirements. Key Accountabilities: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintains daily communication with client sales lead and Director of Sales and Project Management to plan project scope and report on project status.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Work directly with clients to gather artwork direction, sampler details, important dates, approvals, and updates.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Keep active contact with participating brands to collect required assets, images, samples, approvals, and production units.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for coordinating directly with designers/vendors to develop desired product.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Create purchase orders for each participating brand product and work with brands to track and ensure production units are delivered timely.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee sampler development on all project components depending on the desired structure.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Send artwork for approval to brands and clients.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Keep track of production units and corresponding ship dates.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Complete Retailer required documentation for projects.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee assembly of kits by developing assembly guidelines and presentations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Produce invoice content for all chargebacks to brands. Partner with Director of Sales and Project Management to troubleshoot chargebacks and issues with billing that need additional assistance beyond the accounting and ops teams.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as main point of contact with retailer after the initial sale.
