Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Location: 1545 Francisco St., Torrance, CA 90501</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review and confirm expense ledger and prepare monthly closing preparation</li> <li>Manage the Company employee expense reimbursement and credit card</li> <li>Review fixed asset schedule and depreciation expense monthly</li> <li>Review prepaid expense schedule and expense monthly</li> <li>Prepare and process journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end close</li> <li>Manage reviewing/auditing responses and documentation in all aspects</li> <li>Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheet, profit/loss statement, and other reports</li> <li>Prepare including but not limited to annual financial statement, and internal quarterly F/S</li> <li>Conduct special projects as well as completing any additional duties provided by the supervisor</li> <li>Develop and enforce proper accounting practices within the department and the company</li> <li>Closely work with other departments and provide guidance based on accounting principles</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or related field</li> <li>0 - 3 years of accounting experience; entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered</li> <li>Demonstrate solid understanding of accounting practices and controls</li> <li>Strong analytical skills are required, as is the ability to conduct in-depth research, evaluate problems, and recommend viable solutions</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to relay technical accounting information to non-technical people: bilingual in Korean and English desired</li> <li>Multi-state tax experience desired</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required</li> <li>Attention to detail and accuracy a must</li> <li>Proven analytical and strategic skills</li> <li>Excellent organization and communication skills</li> <li>Proficient presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to work in groups</li> <li>Proficiency in MS&nbsp;office&nbsp;(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills: self-management required.</li> <li>CPA or EA preferred but not required</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The base salary range for this role is between $54,500 - $64,500 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
