Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Location: 1545 Francisco St., Torrance, CA 90501</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Cash &amp; Bank Reconciliation</p> <ul> <li>Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all branches, divisions, and subsidiaries in accordance with the monthly close calendar&nbsp;</li> <li>Review daily cash transactions to identify and resolve unrecorded or misclassified items</li> <li>Ensure accurate reconciliation of bank activity to the general ledger and timely resolution of reconciling items</li> <li>Maintain integrity of all cash-related GL accounts&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Treasury Operations &amp; Payments</p> <ul> <li>Process high-volume ACH, wire transfers, and check payments accurately and in a timely manner&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor daily banking activities, including ACH transactions, RDC limits, and fund transfer limits</li> <li>Support cash flow visibility by monitoring balances and assisting with short-term cash planning as needed</li> </ul> <p>Vendor &amp; Compliance Support&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Manage AP vendor setup, verification, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with internal controls</li> <li>Assist in maintaining the unclaimed property database, including: <ul> <li>Identifying stale-dated outstanding checks</li> <li>Coordinating vendor notifications</li> <li>Supporting state filings when required</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>Reporting, Forecasting &amp; Audit Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist in preparing financial forecasts, including revenue, expense, and loan-related estimations</li> <li>Support internal and external financial institute audits by providing documentation, schedules, and process explanations</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements</li> </ul> <p>Other Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Participating in process improvement initiatives related to treasury and finance operations</li> <li>Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned by management</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Education &amp; Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred</li> <li>In lieu of a degree, relevant hands-on experience in treasury or accounting may be considered</li> <li>1+ year of accounting or finance experience required (treasury or cash management experience strongly preferred)</li> </ul> <p>Skills &amp; Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems preferred</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight close deadlines</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy</li> <li>Effective communication skills across all organizational levels</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools</li> <li>Bilingual Korean/English required</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The base salary range for this role is between $58,000-$62,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
