We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.</div>Position Type: Full-Time Position Schedule: On-Site Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Position Overview: The Non-Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician will play a crucial role in supporting our day to day sterile lab operations and receive exposure to various workflows within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for providing excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Supporting the non-sterile lab by cleaning lab equipment, bottling compounded products into their final dispensing containers by hand or utilizing bottling automation, labeling finished goods, restocking labs and other duties as assigned</li> <li>Ensures adequate stock levels of laboratory supplies </li> <li>Participate in all daily, weekly, and monthly  lab cleaning activities</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED</li> <li>Hold a MO Pharmacy technician license or willing to obtain one</li> <li>Ability to work efficiently in a timely manner</li> <li>Close attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Must be capable of donning and wearing all protective wear as required by procedure for each area. This includes, but not limited to: mask, gloves, lab coat, gown, hairnet, beard cover, safety goggles and shoe covers</li> <li>Must be capable of lifting and moving items, including ingredients, weighing up to 50 pounds</li> </ul> Work of Environment: This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed.
