<p>The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for managing vendor invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records within the company’s accounting system. This role ensures timely and accurate payment processing, compliance with internal controls, and supports month-end and year-end close activities. The AP Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient purchase-to-pay operations and support audit and tax compliance.</p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">Your responsibilities will include:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely approvals.</li>
<li>Prepare and execute vendor payments in accordance with company policies and payment schedules.</li>
<li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.</li>
<li>Perform reconciliations and verifications of AP balances, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in Netsuite and timely, correct balances</li>
<li>Support monthly and yearly financial closings, ensuring completeness and accuracy of AP data.</li>
<li>Assist with intercompany and tax-related transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.</li>
<li>Prepare audit documentation and support internal and external audit requests.</li>
<li>Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in AP operations.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company procedures.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">We expect you to have:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li>
<li>5-8 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor management.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis). · Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively within a finance team.</li>
</ul>
