formal HVAC training or certification a plus.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">4 or more years working as an HVAC service technician or in a comparable field role.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Solid hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">EPA 608 Universal Certification required.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency reading blueprints and technical service documentation.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Systematic approach to diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including customer-facing situations.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Valid driver's license;
