work — upgrading and replacing existing building systems including HVAC equipment to improve energy efficiency, meet code requirements, and boost overall performance.</p> <p commercial heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, chillers, and rooftop package units.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Install modern systems such as Variable Air Volume (VAV) and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) equipment, along with advanced building controls.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Run low-voltage control wiring and complete rough-in work.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation as needed.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Follow all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Communicate with customers on-site to answer questions and explain work being performed.</li> <li
