<div class="p-rich_text_section">The Manager, Growth Marketing owns the execution of digital demand generation programs that drive new pipeline and support customer expansion. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of paid media, SEO/AEO tactics, and nurture programs — building and running the channels that move prospects and customers through the funnel.</div>
<div class="p-rich_text_section"><br>This role works within the Revenue Marketing team. Strategy, account prioritization, and program sequencing are set by the Sr. Director of Revenue Marketing; the Manager, Growth Marketing executes the digital and programmatic programs that bring that strategy to life.<strong data-stringify-type="bold"><br></strong></div>

<p><em>Digital demand generation</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute paid search, paid social, display/retargeting, and content syndication programs in support of pipeline targets set by Revenue Marketing</li>
<li>Implement SEO and AEO tactics in partnership with the SVP of Marketing and Content team</li>
<li>Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across landing pages, forms, and CTAs</li>
<li>Track and report on conversion from lead to qualified pipeline, including MQL-to-SQL rates and channel-level performance</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Nurture and lifecycle programs</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage nurture sequences, lead scoring logic, and lifecycle email programs within the marketing automation platform</li>
<li>Support programmatic customer growth through automated adoption sequences, expansion triggers, and engagement programs</li>
<li>Partner with CS and Revenue Marketing on lifecycle and expansion program execution</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Marketing operations collaboration</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with the marketing ops function on Salesforce/HubSpot reporting, attribution, and data hygiene</li>
<li>Coordinate on lead management, routing, and lead scoring optimization</li>
<li>Serve as a day-to-day point of contact with marketing ops, flagging issues and keeping programs running cleanly</li>
</ul>

<li>4–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing in B2B SaaS</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)</li>
<li>Comfortable owning paid media execution across search, social, and display</li>
<li>Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models and pipeline reporting</li>
<li>Experience building or maintaining nurture and lifecycle programs</li>
<li>Analytical and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action over analysis</li>
<li>Experience with intent signal platforms (6sense, Demandbase) is a plus</li>
<li>Comfortable operating with some ambiguity and building programs without a lot of pre-existing infrastructure</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What success looks like</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Paid media campaigns are live, optimized, and tied to clear pipeline targets within 30 days of start</li>
<li>AEO tactics are implemented and Syndio appears in top results on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI search tools for target queries</li>
<li>Nurture programs are running with measurable conversion rates and clear visibility into where leads qualify or fall out</li>
<li>Reporting is clean and attribution is reliable — pipeline reviews are grounded in numbers the team trusts</li>

Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. </li>
