In this role, you’ll lead high-stakes discovery, deliver executive-ready demos to stakeholders like CHROs and technical/security teams, and become the trusted voice when questions get deep (data, integrations, security, and AI/PII). You’ll also be a critical bridge between Product and Revenue, turning field insight into sharper demos, stronger enablement, and clearer product feedback loops.</p> </div> <h3 class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Why this role is exciting</strong></h3> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <p><strong>Sales &amp; Technical Wins</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support AEs in high-growth segments, executing technical discovery and delivering high-impact demos that prove Syndio’s value.</li> <li>Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations to CHROs, Compensation leaders, CFOs, and technical buyers, adapting the story to each persona's priorities.</li> <li>Lead technical discovery to map prospect pain points — compensation inconsistency across business units, compliance obligations spanning multiple jurisdictions, fragmented data ecosystems, pay decision risk — to Syndio's platform capabilities.</li> <li>Build and run proof-of-concept engagements, working with prospect data where appropriate to demonstrate measurable impact.</li> <li>Translate complex analytical concepts — compensation modeling, pay decision frameworks, statistical analysis — into business language that resonates with non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Serve as the technical voice in RFPs, security reviews, and competitive evaluations — earning trust with enterprise InfoSec and Privacy teams who need confidence before sharing sensitive compensation and people data.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Demo &amp; Enablement Engineering</strong></p> <ul> <li>Customize interactive demo environments and sandbox instances that showcase Syndio's full platform&nbsp;</li> <li>Create reusable demo assets (guided flows, scenario-based walkthroughs, synthetic datasets) that reduce prep time and raise the quality bar for every sales conversation.</li> <li>Develop ROI models, competitive battle cards, and technical one-pagers that accelerate deal velocity.</li> <li>Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to keep demo content current with the product roadmap and evolving market positioning.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Building the Product &lt;&gt; Revenue Bridge</strong></p> <ul> <li>Feed structured field intelligence back to Product — surfacing prospect objections, feature gaps, competitive dynamics, and emerging use cases.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product and Engineering on beta programs, design-partner sessions, and early-access previews with strategic accounts.</li> <li>Mentor and onboard future SE hires as the team grows.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <h3><strong>Basic Requirements:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Enterprise SE Experience:</strong> 3+ years supporting complex, Fortune 500 customers and handling sensitive PII.</li> <li><strong>Security &amp; Compliance Fluency:</strong> InfoSec conscious with knowledge of SOC 2, encryption, and AI risk management.</li> <li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise LLM usage.</li> <li><strong>Executive Communication:</strong> Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li> <li><strong>Domain Bridge:</strong> Ability to translate complex analytical and AI concepts into business language.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Demo Design:</strong> Designing tailored demonstrations that resonate with both HR leaders and technical buyers.</li> <li><strong>Curious &amp; Adaptive:</strong> High curiosity and the ability to rapidly self-teach new software and domains.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>About You:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>You are a "Technical Visionary":</strong> You don't just follow a checklist; you look at a client’s data and requirements, and see the most efficient path to value.</li> <li><strong>You Thrive on Complexity:</strong> You enjoy the "puzzle" of mapping messy, real-world enterprise data into a structured platform.</li> <li><strong>You are a Strong Communicator:</strong> You can explain a complex SQL join to a non-technical HR leader and a product roadmap to a backend engineer.</li> <li><strong>You are an Early Adopter:</strong> You are excited about using AI to augment your workflow and are constantly looking for ways to automate repetitive implementation tasks.</li> <li><strong>You Value Partnerships: </strong>You work well cross-functionally and understand that successful implementations require a blend of technical precision and empathetic customer service.</li> </ul> </div> <h3 class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Why you'll love it here:</strong></h3> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="false" data-border-radius-top-cap="false" data-border-radius-bottom-cap="false"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">💰 Competitive Compensation.
