You will also be responsible to:</span></p> <ul> <li> <p>Hunting and acquiring new commercial/mid-market enterprise logos in the fast-growing South Korea market, with a primary focus on new business development</p> </li> <li> <p>Building and executing a comprehensive territory plan targeting some of the largest enterprises in South Korea</p> </li> <li> <p>Selling both directly and through channel partners to maximize market penetration</p> </li> <li> <p>Multi-threading with C-level executives across business units in your target accounts, working alongside our SDRs, partner sales, and marketing teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager while maintaining autonomy in your day-to-day approach</p> </li> </ul> <h1><strong>Requirements</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role with a proven hunter mentality</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise logos and building territories from the ground up</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies, preferably in the South Korea market</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluent in both Korean and English</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>First and foremost, you're a hunter and a salesperson. You thrive on the challenge of breaking into new accounts and winning new business in an evolving, fast-growing environment. You don't like to sit back and enjoy the comfort of a large corporate.</p> </li> <li> <p>You're coachable and possess excellent listening skills. You're open to feedback, willing to adapt your approach, and flexible in responding to changing market dynamics.</p> </li> <li> <p>You're collaborative but not a lone wolf.
