This move comes as our company continues to grow its global footprint.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>AXS is seeking a Product Reliability Engineer to troubleshoot, analyze, and fix known and unknown issues within the company’s various applications and databases.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Will You Do?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot issues within the applications and databases and creates unique solutions to these issues, with guidance as needed, in responsive to customer’s request.</li> <li>Work on various data requests for internal or external customers</li> <li>Create scripts to update or create data as needed</li> <li>Collaborate with other departments (finance, fraud, security, etc) to help get answers to issues or data needs</li> <li>Create and update documentation for issues encountered</li> <li>Coach more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Will You Bring?</strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree in a computer science or technology field preferred.</li> <li>Bilingual fluency (Japanese and English)</li> <li>Experience with database query languages (i.e. SQL)</li> <li>Experience working with database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server and PostgreSQL in a production environment</li> <li>Experience with logging, monitoring and alerting tools and best practices</li> <li>Experience coding in script languages such as JavaScript, bash, python etc. is preferred</li> <li>Experience coding in programming languages such as Java or .Net is preferred</li> <li>Experience working in cloud environments is preferred</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and in production environments</li> <li>Ability to work independently</li> <li>Ability to prioritize several tasks at once</li> <li>Proficiency in identifying and diagnosing issues within operating systems</li> <li>Capacity to create innovative solutions to unique system issues.</li> <li>Willingness to work in our Tokyo office on a hybrid basis (3 days in office/two days working from home.)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What’s in it for You?</strong></p> <ul> <li>The opportunity to play an integral role in expanding our global footprint</li> <li>Extraordinary People – we’re not kidding!</li> <li>Meaningful Mission - Helping revolutionize an industry and deliver better experiences for fans and clients around the world.</li> <li>Opportunities for learning and leveling up through training and education reimbursement.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><br><strong>Location:</strong><strong> </strong></p> <p>Hulic Aoyama 2nd Building, Shibuya<br>A 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station or a 5-minute walk from Omotesando Station</p> <p><strong>Established:</strong><br>AXS Japan GK in 2020, AXS Group LLC established in 2011, AEG established in 1999</p> <p><strong>Number of Employees:<br></strong>AXS Japan GK = 21, AXS Group, LLC globally = 900+&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>More about AXS</strong><br><br></p> <p><a href="https://solutions.axs.com/">AXS</a>, a subsidiary of&nbsp;<a href="https://www.aegworldwide.com/">AEG</a>, sells millions of tickets each year for over 500 premier venues, sports teams, and event organizers across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
