Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure timely shipment delivery in accordance with customer requirements and service expectations.</li> <li>Monitor and track ocean freight shipments throughout the transportation process to maintain shipment visibility and provide timely updates.</li> <li>Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to manage shipment data, monitor operational performance, and support data-driven logistics reporting.</li> <li>Coordinate closely with ocean carriers to manage shipment schedules and support on-time delivery.</li> <li>Collaborate with shipping lines and customs brokers to facilitate smooth and efficient import operations.</li> <li>Prepare and review import documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the import process.</li> <li>Manage and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions accurately and in a timely manner.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field preferred.</li> <li>1–2 years of experience in ocean import operations, international freight forwarding, or a related logistics field preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant academic or internship experience are encouraged to&nbsp;apply.</li> <li>Fluency in Korean and English is required.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Pay</em></strong></p> <p>The base salary range for this role is between $50,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
