<p>Workato is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our growing sales team as an <strong>Enterprise Account Executive</strong>. In this role, you’ll own the full customer lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing and post-sales growth.</p>
<p>This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to help shape the foundation of our enterprise sales motion. You’ll collaborate closely with peers and leadership to refine best practices and influence the long-term sales playbook as we scale.</p>
<h3><strong>🔑 Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Drive strategic, consultative sales cycles that may involve POCs, multiple stakeholders, executive alignment, and pricing negotiations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build and maintain strong customer relationships with enterprise accounts</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage pipeline with precision and deliver accurate sales forecasting</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop deep product expertise and communicate technical value propositions clearly</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Identify and understand customer needs, pain points, and business goals</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Share feedback and best practices internally to help shape our evolving sales strategy</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Be a company builder, contribute to team culture, and playbook development</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>✅ Requirements</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Experience & Technical Skills</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>5–10 years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise sales</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience owning relationships and driving growth with enterprise customers</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Preferred Locations</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Based in TX, OK, LA, or east of the Mississippi River</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><em>Please note: We are not currently considering candidates based in WI, IL, or IN, as we have sufficient coverage in those area</em></p>

<p><strong data-start="121" data-end="137">Please note:</strong> This posting is intended to build a talent pool for anticipated headcount over the next two quarters. Interviews may begin as the role moves closer to activation, with timelines subject to change.</p>
<p><strong data-start="71" data-end="88">Compensation:</strong> For candidates located within the preferred regions listed above, the base salary range for this role is $140,000–$150,000, plus variable compensation, benefits, perks, and equity.</p>
