Your duties will include, but are not limited to: painting; cleaning apartments and common areas; checking and replacing exterior lighting; removing litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds; removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes; detailing property; assisting with various physical tasks as directed; assisting with "make-ready" duties; cleaning and maintaining storage areas; distributing resident communications; performing work area clean-up and safety related duties, and more.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift heavy items!</li> <li>Must be reliable and have excellent transportation!!</li> <li>Must have general maintenance skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>$22-$24/hour DOE</li> <li>Monthly bonuses</li> <li>Company profit sharing</li> <li>Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year</li> <li>10 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Personal Days per year</li> <li>52 Hours of Paid Sick Time</li> <li>401K with employer match</li> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program</li> <li>Life Insurance</li> <li>Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Spending Account</li> <li>Rental Discounts</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>MG Properties is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
