In this role, you will play an important part in creating a positive living experience for residents by ensuring common areas, amenity spaces, offices, and vacant apartments are clean, safe, and well-maintained.</p> <p><strong>Essential Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Clean and maintain interior and exterior common areas, including hallways, resident amenities, laundry facilities, and waste disposal areas.</li> <li>Clean and sanitize the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, and model apartments daily.</li> <li>Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.</li> <li>Ensure vacant apartments remain fresh, clean, and move-in ready.</li> <li>Maintain community cleanliness standards and report any maintenance or safety concerns.</li> <li>Monitor housekeeping inventory and notify management of supply needs.</li> <li>Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!</li> <li>As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.</li> <li>Reliable transportation is a MUST!</li> <li>Knowledge of the safe use and handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and efficiently.</li> <li>Reliable, punctual, and dependable.</li> <li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>$21-$23/hour DOE</li> <li>Monthly bonuses</li> <li>Company profit sharing</li> <li>Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year</li> <li>10 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Personal Days per year</li> <li>40 Hours of Paid Sick Time</li> <li>401K with employer match</li> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program</li> <li>Life Insurance</li> <li>Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Spending Account</li> <li>Rental Discounts</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">California pay range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$21</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$23 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>MG Properties is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
