About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this full-time, in-office role, you'll support customers with billing and payment questions, process payments, maintain account information, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
